The Benalla Street Art Festival Advisory Committee is calling for expressions of interest to be part of the Closing event for 2024 Benalla Street Art Festival on Thursday 28 March, 6pm – 10pm Benalla Lake Foreshore/under Library, Benalla.
The event will include a DJ, a variety of street food, a chance to relax, connect and celebrate the closing of the Benalla Street Art Festival with the artists and community.
We expect up to 1000 visitors may attend this event. Vendor sites must be set up by 5pm and ready to trade at 6pm. Stall holders will be able to pack up after the conclusion of the event at 10pm.
Applicants will be required to be appropriately registered under the Food Act and have lodged a Statement of Trade with Benalla Rural City Council online via Food Trader at least 5 days prior to the event. A copy of your Public Liability Insurance certificate of currency must also be provided.
The location of the stalls will be at the discretion of the organisers.
